Neverwinter is an action MMORPG that plays much like a single player RPG. But it is so close that you may feel like you are playing a WoW extension. The graphic quality is not quite as good as WoW and the user interface is slightly different. When you first begin the game, you will be able to choose from a number of different characters and, as your game progresses, you will be able to get mounts and pets. Rift is probably one of the best WoW alternatives, and is extremely similar to World of Warcraft in set up, looks and gameplay. Fortunately, there are many games available that are similar to WoW, and you won’t have to spend any money on them, unless of course, you want to. Of course, you could choose to play the starter edition for free, but it has so many limitations it almost ruins your gameplay. However, for many people, the $15 a month charge to play is a little steep. If you love playing Massive Multiplayer Online Role Playing Games (MMORPGs), you have probably heard of or even played World of Warcraft (WoW).
